How can I track my delivery?
We ensure full transparency. Automated tracking notifications will be sent to your email at key milestones: (1) Dispatch, (2) Logistics hub arrival, and (3) Out for local delivery.
What if my order is delayed?
If your package exceeds the estimated timeframe, please contact us at educational@playpuzzlenest.com. We will initiate an inquiry with the carrier. If a package is confirmed lost or significantly delayed, we provide a full refund or a free replacement.

What is your return policy for European customers?
Per EU regulations, you have a 14-day Right of Withdrawal. You may request a return within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided items are in their original condition.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We maintain a zero-defect commitment. If an item is flawed, email us with photographic evidence. Upon verification, we will issue a full refund or replacement. To ensure your convenience, a return of the damaged item is usually not required.
How long do refunds take to process?
Once approved, refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank’s processing time.
